Oatmeal Bath Bombs | My Frugal Adventures
As someone with lovely pale British skin who lives in Australia, I know all too well the pain of sunburn. The worst part is when you lather yourself in sunscreen and still end up burnt! I’ve often heard that oatmeal is great for soothing burnt skin but I can’t say I’ve found pouring oats into a bath appealing…I’m just envisioning sitting in porridge! Well these lovely bath bombs take all that oaty goodness and put it into simple to use bath bomb form. And even if you don’t have sunburn, oats are great for soothing irritated skin. I would scent these bombs with Oatmeal, Milk &amp; Honey scent for a warm, homey smell. These would be lovely to put into a take care kit with some intensive lip treatment, a hair treatment and an eye mask.

Blueberry Vanilla Granola Parfait Recipe 
Ingredients: 6 teaspoons vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt, 12 blueberries, 1/2 cup granola, one tablespoon chia seeds. 
Method: Layer the ingredients in a glass as such: yogurt, granola, yogurt, chia seeds plus granola, yogurt. Top with berries as well as leftover granola and chia seeds, then enjoy!

I love when you become so close with someone that you can see parts of each other in one another and you begin to say the same things and steal lines from one another and have a similar sense of humor and can exchange an inside joke with just a glance you don’t even have to talk because you have such a strong connection with them and you can sit in comfortable silence but also talk for hours it’s really hard to find that kind of compatibility
